2026 Countdown to the China International Coatings Exhibition begins. Guangzhou Feisi is officially exhibiting and has released booth and product details. This article outlines the event schedule and location, five core product categories, application areas, and on-site service arrangements to help customers and partners plan their visit in advance.
Traditional motor cores typically rely on riveting and welding, which have long suffered from high iron losses, poor NVH performance, insufficient dimensional accuracy, and instability under high-frequency conditions. This article provides a comprehensive process comparison to detail the seven core advantages of self-adhesive cores coated with Guangzhou Feisi's self-adhesive silicon steel coating, clarifies the applicable boundaries of the self-adhesive process, and offers professional guidance for selecting premium motor cores and upgrading manufacturing processes.
To strengthen factory safety management and enhance employees' ability to self-rescue and assist others in emergencies, Guangzhou Feisi Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd. conducted a hands-on CPR training session on the afternoon of 9/3, with all staff members participating. The training covered two key modules: emergency first aid education and practical CPR drills. It systematically explained critical concepts such as the "Golden Four Minutes," chest compressions, rescue breathing, and AED usage. Participants practiced in groups, with instructors providing individualized feedback to correct techniques.
This in-depth review analyzes Guangzhou Feisi's technical breakthroughs over the past three months in motor and appliance insulation, transformer core bonding, and new energy materials. We provide a detailed analysis of five core product lines, covering heat resistance, dielectric strength, bond strength, and environmental compliance. The report also presents our complete end-to-end service system—from pre-sales consultation and sample validation to on-site process support and post-sale iteration—along with our standardized 5-step sampling process.
Core bonding failures, amorphous strip delamination, VOC exceedances in varnishing, and slow potting cure times—often the issue isn't process capability but a lack of integrated materials. Guangzhou Feisi elevates its six core products into "process-grade bundled solutions," shifting from single-component sales to industry-level BOM combinations. Serving motor, wind energy storage, and electronics sectors, we resolve end-to-end pain points in insulation and bonding.
After the mandatory implementation of GB 30981.2-2025 on 2026/6/1, VOC levels in solvent-based insulating varnishes commonly exceeded limits by more than 10 times. Based on actual test data from the Feisi FS7100 series, this article provides a deep comparison between water-based epoxy and solvent-based insulating varnishes across four dimensions: core parameters, pros and cons, total cost, and environmental compliance—helping motor manufacturers make informed switching decisions.
This article offers a frontline perspective from Guangzhou Feisi Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., documenting the five quality checkpoints for water-based epoxy insulating varnish and silicon steel self-adhesive coating—from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment. Coverage includes IQC full inspection of incoming materials, automated PFMEA control in production, laboratory testing standards, ERP batch traceability, and OQC release criteria with triple review and triple check. Plus, 8 Q&A on common factory audit issues.
This case study documents the successful mass production of Guangzhou Feisi FS7360R water-based silicon steel self-adhesive coating on a 800V high-voltage platform oil-cooled main drive motor. Covering technical principles, core performance metrics, customer feedback, and FAQs, it addresses key challenges in stacking ultra-thin silicon steel sheets and highlights the shift from imported to domestic materials—offering a reusable selection guide for the new energy motor industry.
